Tina was extensively involved in the management and trial of multiple “Engle Progeny” tobacco cases in Florida and served as second chair at trial. Recent matters have included patent infringement litigation, pre-suit investigation and counseling for pharmaceutical clients, vaccine-related litigation in international jurisdictions, litigation audits, and work on the opioid litigation currently pending in various state courts and a federal MDL.
