Her experience includes both multidistrict litigation and individual cases involving the defense of a firearms manufacturer in municipal firearms litigation, a major defense verdict for a well-known armaments manufacturer and government contractor, patent infringement litigation, pre-suit investigation and counseling for pharmaceutical clients, litigation audits, and work on the opioid litigation pending in various state courts and in a federal MDL. Tina has extensive experience in smoking and health litigation and was involved in the management and trial of multiple “Engle Progeny” tobacco cases in Florida and served as second chair at trial. Recent matters have included asbestos litigation, vaping and health litigation pending in a federal MDL, regulatory work for various clients, and expert work in chemical exposure cases.
