April 24, 2018 - Chris Paparella, Malik Havalic and Elizabeth Zhou revised and updated the United States chapter of Global Legal Insights to: International Arbitration 2018.

The fourth edition, published on April 24, offers comprehensive insight into the realities of international arbitration in 35 jurisdictions, with a focus on market trends and legal developments, as well as practical, policy and strategic issues.

The United States chapter analyzes the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), which governs international arbitration in the U.S., and its pro-arbitration policy. The chapter also covers other key topics, including arbitration agreements and procedures and enforcing arbitration awards.
