New York City, January 4, 2023–Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP is pleased to announce that Sabrina Silverberg has joined the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practices as counsel. A leading practitioner in the media, entertainment and technology sectors, she joins after three decades serving in-house at some of the country’s top entertainment and media institutions, including Condé Nast and MTV Networks (now Paramount Media Networks).

During the course of her career, Silverberg successfully helped to build and manage Condé Nast’s first ever globally integrated Legal & Policy department. Prior to that, Silverberg built up a notable technology startup’s legal functions, including data protection and other compliance programs. Silverberg has also headed the business affairs function for a publicly traded leading publisher of interactive entertainment.
