Aug. 21, 2025 – The firm is representing Indian IT giant Wipro in its agreement to buy Harman Connected Services, the digital transformation solutions (DTS) arm of Samsung subsidiary Harman International, for $375 million.

The acquisition is part of a broader strategy by Wipro to sharpen its AI-led engineering services. As part of the agreement, over 5,600 DTS employees across the Americas, Europe and Asia will transition to Wipro upon the closing of the transaction by the end of the year, subject to regulatory approvals.
