Hughes Hubbard announced today that Marc Henry, who practices in both arbitration and business litigation, has joined the firm as a partner in its Paris office. The addition of Mr. Henry, formerly a partner in the Paris office of Lovells, along with a team that includes two associates, increases the size of Hughes Hubbard’s Paris arbitration group to 12 attorneys, making it one of the largest international arbitration practices in France.

He received a Master degree in International Business Law (cum laude)in 1985, postgraduate degrees in Business Law and Economics and International Private Law and International Commercial Law, (cum laude)in 1986, and a Doctor of Law in 1996 from the University of Paris Sorbonne Pantheon.
Mr. Henry has published widely and is a member of the French Committee of Arbitration, ICC French Committee of Arbitration, International Commission of the ICC, International Arbitration Institute, Swiss Arbitration Association, National Association of Doctors in Law, and the IBA.
