Jocelin Hody is an international practitioner in Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office in the Litigation department. She is a member of the firm’s Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Jocelin was an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where she investigated and prosecuted a variety of felony cases, including financial fraud, violent crimes, and narcotics trafficking. She has experience trying numerous cases to verdict.
Prior to serving as a prosecutor, Jocelin was an associate at another top-tier law firm in New York and Washington, D.C., where focused on white-collar litigation, including a cross-border investigation for a German multinational automotive manufacturing company and was a member of the trial team representing former Virginia Governor, Robert F. McDonnell, in the landmark case, McDonnell v. United States.
