property, complex bankruptcies, award and judgment enforcement, allegations of
securities laws violations, and class actions in courts throughout the United
States.
She has vast experience across
several industries including international pharmaceutical companies,
multi-faceted products brokers, international investment funds and high net
worth individuals in a variety of matters.
Earlier in Anna’s career, she
worked for a boutique commercial litigation firm in Washington D.C., where she
represented a major engineering, procurement, and construction contractor
against alleged breach of contract, professional negligence, and fraud claims
arising from a nearly $1 billion agrochemical plant relocation and expansion
project.
She also has prior experience
representing property management companies, commercial landlords, real estate
investment trusts, technology companies, business owners and public interest
groups in all stages of commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
