Prior to Ralph’s retirement, he was a partner in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office and chair of its global real estate practice. His practice included foreign investments in United States real estate; acquisitions and mergers involving real estate; hotel representations and transactions; airport transactions; structured and auction sales of performing and nonperforming real estate loans; and real estate financings, leases, purchases, sales and related matters.
Ralph was a member of the Real Property Law Section of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
He is a former mayor of Great Neck, New York. Recently, he was appointed to North Hempstead’s Community Development Agency board.
