Dec. 29, 2025 – Hughes Hubbard is advising Flushing Financial Corp, the holding company for Flushing Bank, on its entry into a definitive merger agreement with OceanFirst Financial Corp., the holding company for OceanFirst Bank N.A. Upon completion of the merger, Flushing Bank will merge into OceanFirst Bank, with OceanFirst Bank surviving the bank merger.
