Brandon is a counsel in Hughes Hubbard’s Corporate department. His practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures and venture capital, as well as general corporate governance matters. He represents corporate clients and private equity sponsors in public and private acquisitions, investments and divestitures.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Brandon was a counsel in the New York office of an international law firm.
