His clients include companies and individuals across a broad range of industries, such as financial services, media, healthcare, education, and professional services including law, auditing and consulting, sports, tech, entertainment and media, hospitality, and retail.
Renan has represented clients in breach of contract, class actions, appeals, Lanham Act, false advertising, breach of fiduciary duty, trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, ERISA, executive compensation, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and class action matters.
He is experienced in state and federal court, administrative proceedings and governmental investigations. He has also represented clients in trial proceedings in state and federal court and conducted arbitrations. Renan has also provided clients pre-litigation investigative services, advice and counsel, employee training, drafting employment policies, and he has negotiated hundreds of employment and severance agreements.
