Oct. 9, 2025 – Amina Hassan was recognized as a 2025 ‘Woman Worth Watching in Leadership’ by Profiles in Leadership Journal.

The publication’s 24th Women Worth Watching in Leadership list recognizes professional women who use their talents to influence change in the workplace.

In her profile, Amina recounted a learning experience from early in her career that helped her put aside negativity and stay grounded and confident in herself.

“I don’t look, speak or often dress like people’s image of the traditional New York lawyer; but over time, I’ve realized that, as for most of us, the things that set me apart are also some of the things that give me the courage to keep raising my hand,” Hassan wrote in the profile.
