InterVest Capital Partners Serves as Co-Lender in $175M Credit Facility for A Crane Rental

March 9, 2026 – Hughes Hubbard represented InterVest capital partners as co-lender in a $175 million senior secured credit facility for A Crane Rental.

Great Rock Capital served as administrative agent on the facility, which refinanced A Crane’s existing debt and provides additional liquidity to support the company’s continued growth. The credit facility is secured by accounts receivable and machinery and equipment.

Ares Commercial Finance, Wingspire Capital and InterVest capital partners participated as co-lenders in the transaction.

A Crane is a full-service infrastructure services provider specializing in crane rental and heavy-lifting solutions for the construction and industrial maintenance industries.
