David B. Cohen is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Corporate Department, with a focus on commercial aircraft finance. His practice focuses on representing leasing companies, issuers, underwriters, lenders, private equity investors, and global airlines in connection with a variety of financing and other corporate transactions. He has worked on aviation transactions that have been named a “Deal of the Year” by Aviation Finance Journal.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, David was an associate in the New York office of another large law firm.
