Chloe Gouache joined the Washington office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 2015 and transferred to the Paris office in 2016. As part of the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group, Chloe assists clients with a range of anti-corruption and governance matters.
She has participated in the performance of compliance audits, internal investigations and due diligence reviews on business partners throughout the world, including in connection with inquiries from the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ), the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), and development banks (World Bank, African Development Bank).
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Chloe interned in several law firms and legal departments of major Oil & Gas companies in Paris and Abu Dhabi, working on projects involving international mergers and acquisitions and energy law.
