Yanis Saint-Julien is an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Paris office and a member of the firm’s Global Investigations, Enforcement and Compliance practice group.
Yanis assists multinational companies in connection with a range of issues related to compliance, anti-corruption, human rights and international economic sanctions and export controls. His practice focuses on French, U.S. and U.K. anti-corruption laws.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Yanis worked for three years at a major American company, focusing mainly on internal investigations and human rights concerns. He then joined the Contract Law team of an offshore company in Barcelona, dealing with complex commercial negotiations with suppliers, and most recently interned at the White-collar Crime department of an international law firm in Paris.
