During our ten-week summer program, we provide summer associates with high-caliber, intensive training that builds real-world judgment and insight. Our associates have the chance to work on top-level engagements with impressive clients. Here, associates will take on significant responsibility under the mentorship of partners with years of experience and contribute on a wide range of matters across practices.
Committed to rendering services of the highest professional quality, we seek lawyers of exceptional ability, integrity and industry. We actively recruit candidates whose academic performance, energy, personality and character suggest that they possess the ability and desire to meet the challenges presented by a demanding practice and are prepared to develop rapidly and assume responsibility early.

Real Work
Our program includes work on real legal matters, not "make-work," and these assignments often involve far more than library research. In recent years, this has involved assisting at depositions, court proceedings and closings.
Hands-On Experience
In addition to expanding legal skills, participants have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of client meetings, witness interviews, negotiation sessions and fact-gathering projects. One of the differentiators of our program is our Trial Advocacy Workshop, which gives associates hands-on experience in a realistic case simulation, sharpening their courtroom judgment and advocacy skills through practical exercises and faculty demonstrations.

Summer Program Interview Process
We recruit top talent through law school partnerships and campus recruiting. We also welcome applications from students at other law schools through our website.
We will begin interviewing current 1Ls for our 2028 Summer Associate Class in the winter of 2026. If selected to interview, candidates will meet with our associates and partners virtually. If advanced to callback interviews, candidates will be invited to visit our offices and meet with more of the team.
