Hughes Hubbard is pleased to share our 2025 Year in Review, narrated by Chair Neil Oxford, which highlights a year defined by significant client successes across corporate transactions and financings, high‑stakes litigation, complex arbitration matters, and more.
Key achievements include guiding airline GOL Linhas Aéreas through a successful Chapter 11 restructuring, and securing major victories for SKAT, Denmark’s tax authority, in ongoing multidistrict U.S. litigation seeking recovery of $1.1 billion. The firm also advised on major corporate transactions, including advising Mercedes-Benz on its investment in Apptronik’s $403 million Series A funding round and Griffin Global Asset Management in its $1.245 billion note issuance.
