Adrien Morisse is an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Litigation department. Adrien has developed specific experience in the EMEA market in transactional, pre-litigation (mediation), and litigation matters, in the following areas:
IT commercial contracts (eg. Licence Agreement, Project Management, IT Litigation & Judicial Experience);
Media (Audio-Visual Media Services, Satellite Broadcasting Regulation, Satellite Launch Litigation);
Privacy & Cybersecurity (eg. Personal Data Regulatory Compliance, Data Breaches, Network and Information Security, Internet of Things, Autonomous Vehicles).
As a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Adrien notably assists clients with privacy & cybersecurity issues related to their group anti-corruption, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering policies, internal investigations, sanctions & trade control manuals.
His experience also led him to advise major electronic communications operators and technology companies, as well as clients in the space, automotive, luxury, life sciences, banking, and insurance industries.
Prior to joining HHR, Adrien worked in-house at a prominent B2B telecommunications operator in the United Kingdom, but also in the litigation & arbitration teams of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, White & Case, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in Paris and as an associate in the TMT departments of Simmons & Simmons and Dentons Europe AARPI.
