Samuel W. Hurt is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Corporate department. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side representation in mergers and acquisitions transactions, lender and borrower representation in finance transactions, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Samuel was an associate with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Samuel graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where he served as a Contributing Editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
