Hughes Hubbard Advises Ualá in Another Fundraising Round

November 25, 2019 — Hughes Hubbard advised Latin American fintech startup Ualá in the latest round of funding for its financial services app. 

HHR also advised Ualá in all of its previous fundraising rounds, including the seed round, a convertible bridge note and the Series A and B rounds.
