Hughes Hubbard Adds New Partner Shahzeb Lari to Litigation Practice

New York, New York, May 13, 2019 – Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP announced today that securities and commercial litigator Shahzeb Lari has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.

Lari primarily focuses his practice on the litigation of corporate and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on securities and shareholder class action litigations, corporate governance matters and other complex business disputes.

He holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
