Tracy Mojica is the Chief Financial Officer of Hughes Hubbard, where she oversees the firm’s financial strategy, operations, and reporting. She brings a disciplined and strategic approach to financial management, supporting the firm’s long term growth and operational excellence. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Tracy plays a critical role in aligning financial planning with the firm’s broader business objectives.

Tracy joined Hughes Hubbard in 2016 and previously served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2020. She has built her career in law firm finance and brings deep experience across financial planning, operations, and firmwide reporting.

Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
