Marcus Nichols is a senior analyst in Hughes Hubbard’s litigation division. He has extensive experience supporting complex litigation matters, with a background spanning large law firms and litigation services providers

Marcus provides support to trial teams in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial and post-trial activities. His work includes case management, fact development, document review and analysis, preparation and analysis of discovery materials, coordination of litigation workflows, expert witness analysis, and trial exhibit preparation.

Marcus has significant experience in neutral fact‑finding and administrative investigation drawn from service as a certified federal EEO Investigator, EEO Counselor, and PB‑1801 Investigator. He has conducted and reviewed complex civil and regulatory investigations across multiple federal agencies, including witness interviews, evidence development, credibility assessment, and preparation of detailed investigative reports under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, GINA and related statutory frameworks.
