Jeremy Paner Discusses US Actions Against Tankers Near Venezuela

Jeremy Paner spoke to The New York Times about the implications of President Donald Trump’s recent actions against tankers near Venezuela, including the seizure of a vessel called Skipper and the detention of another called Centuries.

“The federal terrorism-related seizure statute allows extraterritorial seizures,” Paner said.
