Tamara Kraljic authored an expert analysis article for Law360’s Women in Law 2026 Report urging women lawyers to think more about AI ownership amid a reported gender gap in artificial intelligence use.

Kraljic encourages women lawyers to think about AI involvement in terms of concentric circles, beginning with adoption, expanding into career agency and influence, and culminating in collective leadership directed toward the profession and the public good.

“Female lawyers should do more than participate in the AI economy: We should help build it and decide what it — and the society developing around it — will value,” Kraljic said.
