Third Edition of Global Legal Insights - International Arbitration

June 16, 2017 - Chris Paparella and Sigrid Jernudd revised and updated the United States chapter of the third edition of Global Legal Insights - International Arbitration, published in June by Global Legal Group Ltd, London.

The chapter examines the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), which governs international arbitration in the United States, and its pro-arbitration policy. The chapter also focuses on arbitration agreements, arbitration procedure and enforcing arbitration awards, among other things.
