Tiauna N. Mathieu, Chair of HHR’s Black Attorney Affinity Group
Tiauna Mathieu worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2018, and joined as an associate in 2021. She is chair of the firm's Black Attorney Affinity Group.
Carter Rosekrans, Co-Chair of HHR Pride
Carter Rosekrans joined the firm as an associate in 2019, and became chair of the LGBT affinity group in 2022. More recently, Evan Cooper joined Roserkans as a co-chair.

HHR Pride Leader Strives to Offer Safe Space to LGBTQ Lawyers
Born and raised in Israel, where he worked as a lawyer in Tel Aviv, Doron Magen moved to New York in 2016. He joined the firm in May 2020 and began assisting HHR Pride in an unofficial capacity the following month. He officially joined the Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in January when he became co-chair of HHR Pride.

Black Attorney Affinity Co-Chair Seeks to Lift Different Voices
Nathalie Rey became co-chair of the firm’s Black Attorney Affinity Group in the fall of 2020. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Rey has been a member of the firm’s Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion since she joined HHR as an associate in December 2018.

Vanessa Woods, co-chair of HHR Pride Affinity Group, has been a member of the firm's Committee on Diversity and Inclusion since June 2019. A native of Ridgewood, N.J., she joined the firm in 2013 as an associate.

Asian Affinity Group Leader Aims to Be Part of Solution for Diversity
Walter Song, co-chair of the firm's Asian Affinity Group, has been a member of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion since 2016. Born and raised in Dallas, Song joined the firm in 2008 as a technical paralegal. He transitioned into the Practice Support Department in 2010, and attended law school at night. Song became an associate in 2015, and resides in the Washington, D.C., office.
Black Attorney Affinity Group Leader Brings Life Experience to Role
Ashley Hodges, head of the firm's Black Attorney Affinity Group, has been a member of the Diversity Committee since spring 2016. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she joined the firm as a summer associate in 2013 and returned to the New York office as an associate in October 2014.
