Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. Completes Business Combination with Securitize

Hughes Hubbard advised Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. on the successful completion of its previously announced business combination with Securitize Corp., the world's leading tokenization platform with over $4 billion in assets brought onchain. Securitize’s common stock commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SECZ on July 2, 2026.
