Guiding Principles for Cyber Risk Governance

In this 30-minute webinar, Roel C. Campos and David X Martin discuss key cybersecurity principles for use by directors of public and private companies to enable the implementation of an effective cybersecurity program. During the webinar, they discuss how a director should understand the full range of cyber risks facing his or her company and encourage management to develop appropriate strategies tailored to the company's operating environment, risk profile, and long-term goals.    

Roel C. Campos and David X Martin serve as co-chairs of the Directors and Chief Risk Officers Group (DCRO) Cyber Risk Governance Council. The DCRO is an international group of board directors, chief risk officers, and other C-level executives in providing guidance to boards and standards by which external parties can measure board performance on cyber risk governance.
