Hughes Hubbard Attorney to Receive Volunteer Pro Bono Award From Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association
Kathy Jeanetta has been selected to receive the 2017 Robert C. Welch Volunteer Attorney Project Award.
The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association presents the award annually to individual attorneys or law firms who, through their work with Legal Aid of Western Missouri's Volunteer Attorney Project, demonstrate outstanding commitment to the delivery of pro bono legal services to disadvantaged members of the Kansas City community.
Jeanetta has a long and steady commitment to pro bono work and has donated hundreds, if not thousands, of hours throughout her career to the poor and needy through pro bono representation.
Jeanetta will receive her award on May 18 at the KCMBA's 44th Annual Bench-Bar & Boardroom Conference Awards Dinner, held at the Chateau on the Lake in Branson, Missouri.
