Jim Kobak has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee, for a term ending July 31, 2028.
The committee's membership draws from New York City's broad antitrust community, including practitioners, academics, experts and students, and meets regularly to address current issues affecting antitrust and trade regulation. The committee also presents the annual Milton Handler Lecture, a longstanding forum examining significant developments in antitrust law and policy.
During his term, Kobak will participate in the committee's work on reports, legislation, briefs, continuing legal education programs and public service initiatives.
