Managing IP Names Patrice Jean and Emma Baratta 2026 IP Stars

Patrice Jean and Emma Baratta have been recognized by Managing Intellectual Property in its 2026 IP Stars rankings.

Jean was named both a Patent Star and a Trademark Star for the fourth consecutive year, while Baratta was recognized as a Rising Star. The rankings are based on extensive research and feedback from intellectual property practitioners conducted over a six-month period.

Jean and Baratta recently secured the dismissal with prejudice of a patent infringement lawsuit against Flushing Bank and successfully represented Kartri Sales Company before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in an appeal involving trademark and trade dress infringement claims.
