Patrice Jean has been recognized in the 2026 edition of Intellectual Asset Management magazine’s (IAM) Patent 1000.
The publication praised Jean’s leadership of the firm’s life sciences and intellectual property practices as well as her technical ability, highlighting her recent work defending Flushing Bank in patent litigation over data security and disaster recovery systems, a case brought by a plaintiff that has launched dozens of suits against financial institutions.
“She is particularly associated with matters where scientific or technical complexity has to be matched by strong strategic control, whether for established pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions or consumer products businesses,” the publication stated.
The IAM Patent 1000 involves a months-long research process to identify the top firms and professionals based on their depth of expertise, market presence and sophistication of work.
