Amy E. Schwaller advises trial counsel and case teams on complex product liability matters, supporting key phases of litigation from pretrial through trial. As a Senior Analyst with more than 25 years of experience, she works closely with attorneys and clients to conduct fact investigations, analyze discovery, and develop organized, reliable work product that supports case strategy and execution.

Amy has extensive experience in expert witness development and preparation. She has contributed to the identification, evaluation, and development of experts across a range of disciplines, including communications, history, marketing, polling, and risk perception. Her work includes preparing witness materials such as outlines, reports, demonstratives, and expert reliance materials, and coordinating efforts to ensure that complex information is presented in a clear and effective manner for deposition and trial.

She also has experience in case management, on site document collection and document review, and the organization and analysis of large data sets. Amy has served in liaison roles in both product liability and employment litigation and has supported the analysis of records and litigation data to identify patterns and inform strategic decision making.

She is valued by trial teams and clients for her analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to support efficient execution in complex, document intensive matters.
