Catherine L. (Cathy) Marcrum advises trial counsel and case teams on complex litigation matters where careful analysis and clear organization of facts are critical. As a Senior Analyst with more than 25 years of experience, she works closely with attorneys and clients to research, analyze, and synthesize information from diverse sources into usable work product that supports case strategy from early discovery through trial.

Cathy has extensive experience in the collection, review, and analysis of client records, as well as the development and management of materials relied upon throughout all phases of litigation, including written discovery, motion practice, and trial support. She is regularly relied upon to conduct fact investigations, identify key source materials, and organize complex records into structured, accessible formats for use by counsel and clients. Her work also includes supporting regulatory submissions, including matters involving the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and developing materials used in governmental filings and investor communications.

A significant portion of Cathy’s practice focuses on the preparation of company and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony. She develops and maintains witness materials, including outlines, reports, expert reliance files, and demonstrative exhibits, and helps ensure that complex records are organized and presented in a manner that supports effective and consistent testimony.
