Lowrimore, Gregory

Gregory C. (Greg) Lowrimore advises trial counsel and case leadership on complex, high‑stakes matters where strategic judgment and factual precision are critical. As a Senior Analyst with more than 25 years of experience in complex litigation, he works closely with attorneys and clients to develop key factual records, assess evidentiary risk, and support litigation strategy from early case assessment through trial.

Greg has supported more than 30 state and federal product liability trials and investigations, including matters involving tobacco, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, talc, and asbestos. His experience spans large‑scale e‑discovery and document analysis, witness and fact development, and hands‑on trial support. He is frequently relied upon to identify potential vulnerabilities in discovery and production and to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, defensible frameworks for decision‑making.

He also has extensive experience managing large, document‑intensive matters, including designing systems to track work product, expert testimony, and document use across depositions and trial proceedings. He has led coordinated discovery efforts involving executive and operational interviews, on‑site document collection, and prioritization of key materials under compressed timelines.

Greg draws on more than 16 years of prior experience in law enforcement, where he developed a foundation in investigations, interviewing, risk assessment, and crisis response. His background includes hostage negotiation, conflict mediation, and multidisciplinary investigative work, which continues to inform his approach to matters involving contested facts, elevated risk, and time‑sensitive decisions.

He is valued by trial teams and clients for his disciplined analysis, discretion, and ability to support sound strategic decisions under pressure, including in matters subject to regulatory scrutiny or heightened litigation exposure.
