Jonathan Zygielbaum is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Washington, DC, office and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Equipment Finance Group. Jonathan represents a variety of aviation industry clients, including airlines, leasing companies, commercial banks, borrowers, lenders, initial purchasers, arrangers, export credit agencies, and private equity investors in connection with secured and unsecured lending, sale and lease transactions, and other aircraft financing transactions in the U.S. and abroad.
Jonathan also has extensive experience in litigation and white-collar defense, including representing clients in FCPA investigations and enforcement actions, and Multi-Lateral Development Bank sanctions proceedings.
