Matthew Strobbe

Matt Strobbe is an experienced litigator whose practice has focused primarily on defending companies in commercial disputes, product liability and toxic tort litigation matters. Matt has extensive experience in taking depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and all matters relating to fact discovery and e-discovery. Matt has also worked on multiple trials teams involving multi-district litigation throughout the country. Matt’s litigation experience has allowed him to provide advice and insight to clients on litigation preparation issues including information governance.

In addition to Matt’s experience as a litigator, he also advises technology clients and other start-ups on business formation, contracts, and employment issues. Prior to practicing law, Matt worked as a software engineer and software architect which allows him to combine his legal and technical experience in advising clients on these unique issues. To date, Matt has advised multiple start-ups on LLC formations, non-compete and employment contracts, data privacy policies, asset purchase agreements, and software licenses and subscription agreements.
