Alexis Rosett is an associate in the New York City office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group.

Alexis counsels public and private companies on their employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, both in the context of day-to-day matters and in connection with corporate transactions. Alexis has experience advising on employment, retention, change-in-control, and severance agreements, as well as short and long-term incentive compensation arrangements. She also assists clients in the design, implementation, and administration of short- and long-term cash and equity incentive plans.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexis was an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group at King & Spalding LLP and was an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group at Proskauer Rose LLP.

  • Represented global information technology leader Infosys in its acquisition of MRE Consulting, a Houston-based energy consulting company

  • Represented Geller & Company on the sale of its multi-family office business to Corient, one of the fastest-growing national wealth advisors in the U.S.

  • Represented Wipro on its $40 million acquisition of U.S.-based IT services consulting firm Applied Value Technologies

  • Represented Hyve Group, an international organizer of exhibitions and conferences, in connection with its acquisition of healthcare event company HLTH

  • Represented Indian hotel PRISM on its acquisition of G6 Hospitality, the parent company of U.S. hospitality brand Motel 6
