John M. Kilgard is a litigation associate in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Jack's practice focuses on complex business litigation and commercial disputes. He has represented U.S. and international clients in high-stakes disputes in a variety of industries, including accounting, aerospace, banking, financial services and pharmaceuticals. Jack has particular experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having represented clients in product liability actions, complex commercial disputes and litigation under the Lanham Act.
Jack is also active in the firm’s Art Law group and has represented institutions, auction houses and collectors in a variety of disputes.
