Justin Pendleton is an associate in the Washington, D.C.firm’s Litigation Department. His litigation practice includes representing clients throughout securities enforcement and shareholder litigation, inquiries by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, and white-collar litigation.
Justin is also a member in the
Global Investigations, Enforcement, and Compliance practice group, where he has
experience conducting domestic and international internal investigations, as
well as corporate compliance and ethics reviews. As part of his practice,
Justin regularly advises clients on high stakes matters relating to bribery and
corruption under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, money laundering, and
financial fraud.
Justin also maintains an active pro bono practice, involving Freedom of
Information Request litigation, and Victims’ Rights Defense.
While in law school, Justin
served as an Associate Editor on the Penn Law Journal of Law and Social Change,
and a Perry World House Fellow. Prior to law school, Justin was a law clerk at
Burr & Forman LLP and served as a 2016 Fulbright Scholar to the United
Kingdom.
