Justin Pendleton is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Justin was a pre-law clerk at Burr & Forman LLP and served as a 2016 Fulbright Scholar in the United Kingdom.
While in law school, Justin served as an Associate Editor on the Journal of Law and Social Change and was the Vice President of the Penn Law Black Law Students Association. He was also a legal intern to the South African NGO, PASSOP, where he assisted in obtaining asylum and refugee status for displaced LGBTQ+ migrants into South Africa.
