Steven DiCesare is a litigator in the firm’s New York office. He focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability and pharmaceuticals with particular emphasis on eDiscovery, written discovery and case management issues. He has over 15 years’ experience in the national and international defense of numerous complex litigations involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, consumer products, asbestos and tobacco. He also has represented domestic corporations and individuals in trade secret, antitrust and commercial disputes. Mr. DiCesare has been repeatedly recognized for his representation of many pro bono individuals and non-profit organizations on a wide variety of matters. He is also the President of the Board of Directors of Urban Pathways, Inc. a non-profit organization specializing in assisting the homeless.
