Steven DiCesare is a litigator in the firm’s New York office. He focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability and pharmaceuticals with particular emphasis on discovery and case management issues. He has over 10 years experience in the national and international defense of numerous complex litigations involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines and tobacco. He also has represented domestic corporations and individuals in a wide variety of other matters, including trade secret, and construction disputes. Mr. DiCesare has been repeatedly recognized for his representation of many pro bono individuals and non-profit organizations on a wide variety of matters. He is also Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Urban Pathways, Inc. a non-profit organization, where he serves on the Nominating Committee and is Chair of the Personnel Committee.
