Steven DiCesare is a litigator and the director of the Firm’s Practice Support group. He focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation with particular emphasis on eDiscovery and written discovery. With over two decades experience in defending numerous large-scale litigations involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, consumer products, asbestos and tobacco, Steven brings a long history of discovery-related knowledge to solve complex client issues. He also has represented domestic corporations and individuals in trade secret, antitrust and various commercial disputes and investigations. Steven frequently advises clients on critical aspects of eDiscovery, including data preservation, data collection, data culling, document review and document production. Steven proposes innovative eDiscovery solutions to save clients cost and time, including employing various data analytics, Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and AI tools.
