Chair of HHR’s Litigation Department Dan Weiner Featured in The American Lawyer’s Litigation Leaders Q&A

February 2023 – Dan Weiner, chair of HHR’s Litigation Department, was featured in The American Lawyer’s “Litigation Leaders” column, which highlights litigation practice leaders of the largest and most innovative law firms in the U.S. Weiner discussed his background and upbringing, and the firm’s approach to its litigation successes and largest victories over the last year. He also talked about several upcoming high-stakes matters on the firm’s docket.

Weiner touted the knowledge of HHR’s litigators when it comes to the industries where their clients operate. “We are not ‘hired guns’ who parachute in to deal with one-off disputes, but rather consider ourselves long-term partners with our clients in resolving their problems over specific market issues and concerns,” he said, citing such examples as Pfizer, Merck and Christie’s.
