Hughes Hubbard Advises Lenders on $189M Financing for Global Bank Corporation

Hughes Hubbard advised the lenders in a $189 million financing for Global Bank Corporation, a Panama‑based financial institution.

The lenders included Citibank, N.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which served as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners. UMB Bank, N.A., acted as administrative agent.
