Over the past year, Hughes Hubbard advised on a number of notable transactions, including Grab Holdings’ acquisition of Stash Financial, Allianz X’s investment in Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Flushing Financial Corp.’s merger with OceanFirst Financial Corp., and Cantor Equity Partners II's business combination with Securitize, a leading tokenization platform with more than $4 billion in onchain assets.
The firm also represented Diversified Aero Services in the sale of its remaining stake in DASI to Marubeni Corporation and advised Latin American neobank Ualá on its equity financing led by Allianz X, which valued the company at $3.2 billion.
