Firm Advises CF Acquisition Corp. VIII In Merger with XBP Europe

October 2022 – Hughes Hubbard advised CF Acquisition Corp. VIII, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, in its merger with XBP Europe, Inc., the European business of Exela Technologies Inc. After closing, the combined company will be called XBP Europe Holdings, Inc. and is expected to be publicly listed on Nasdaq under the symbol XBP.

The merger made headlines in Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg Law and Marketwatch.
