- Representation of Griffin Global Asset Management and Bain Capital Special Situations in connection with the acquisition of 17 new technology Rolls-Royce Engines. This transaction was the Ishka Global Best European Deal 2023.
- Representation of Griffin Global Asset Management Holdings in connection with a three-year, $525 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
- Representation of United Airlines, Inc. in connection with a $1.32 billion public offering of enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs) secured by 39 Boeing aircraft.
- Representation of global aircraft inventory solutions provider DASI in the sale of 50% of the outstanding ownership of DASI to Marubeni Corporation, a publicly traded Japanese company that is one of the world’s largest trading and investment conglomerates, and related joint venture arrangements. The transaction saw minority investor Fortress Investment Group exit its investment in DASI.
- Representation of United Airlines in a $1.2 billion public offering of enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs) secured by 19 new aircraft. Credit Suisse, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley served as lead bookrunners.
- Representation of BNP Paribas Securities Corp. in connection with a $189 million aircraft asset-backed securitization (ABS) for Vx Capital Partners, a cargo aircraft management and leasing firm.
