Yoshinori Sasaois an associate in the Litigation department of the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the firm's Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group. His practice focuses on securities litigation, accountants' liability and international arbitration, as well as advising clients in matters involving anti-corruption compliance, including third-party due diligence. He has been involved in a number of complex international matters, including representing Big Four accounting firms and the trustee in the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) liquidations of Lehman Brothers Inc. and MF Global Inc.
