Cynthia Liu is counsel in Hughes Hubbard’s Washington D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Equipment Finance group, with a focus on commercial aircraft finance. Cynthia represents commercial banks, leasing companies, borrowers, lenders, initial purchasers, arrangers, private equity investors, and airlines in connection with secured and unsecured lending, simple and complex bank loans, sale/lease transactions and other financing transactions in the U.S. and around the globe.
In addition, Cynthia has extensive experience in international trade, including trade policy/WTO litigation, U.S. export controls, sanctions, and trade remedies.
