Cynthia Liu is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Washington D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Equipment Finance group, with a focus on commercial aircraft finance.
In addition, Cynthia has extensive experience in international trade, including trade policy/WTO litigation, U.S. export controls, sanctions, and trade remedies.
